How it started.
Fitness has been a part of my life for over two decades. I started training at the age of 13, and over the years movement, strength, and performance became much more than just hobbies — they became a lifestyle and a true passion. Alongside strength and fitness training, I practiced and coached Capoeira for over a decade, which helped shape my understanding of movement, discipline, athleticism, and mindset.

Learning the craft.
17 years ago I became a certified fitness coach, and since then I've worked with hundreds of people of all ages and fitness levels — coaching in commercial gyms, CrossFit facilities, group classes, and one-on-one sessions. Throughout the years I've continued expanding my knowledge through sports therapy studies, workshops, certifications, competitions, and ongoing education in fitness, performance, and health. I've also written fitness articles and taken part in numerous professional seminars and training events.

My coaching philosophy is about more than just workouts or aesthetics. I believe fitness should improve the way people move, feel, perform, and live — physically and mentally.
